Prices for longer stays (e.g. over winter) can be obtained on request.

Rental Conditions

The day of arrival is always a Saturday, whereby the house is available from 5 PM onwards. The day of departure is also always a Saturday, whereby the house should be vacated by 9 AM at the latest. The "Taxe de séjour" (tourist tax) costs € 1.- per person and day, and is paid on site. A deposit amounting to € 1.500.- shall be paid on arrival and is refunded on departure.

Cancellation Rates:

30 days or less before ordered date:: 30% of the agreed upon rental price

14 days or less before ordered date:: 50% of the agreed upon rental price

3 days or less before ordered date: 100% of the agreed upon rental price
